Short professional courses

Focused instruction for people already working in, or entering, the sector. Safety and certification-type courses. Days to a few weeks.

Vocational certificates

Recognised occupational competence in a defined fisheries trade. Several weeks to one year. Accessible to school leavers.

Diploma in Marine Science

Two years, four semesters, plus a supervised field attachment and an individual research project. High school certificate required.
